Our story
Local bakers for a local valley.
We're not a chain and we're not trying to be fancy. Bak'D is the early-morning bakery on Yamba Street and the Grafton Shoppingworld shop, and the same family also runs Maclean Hot Bread Cake & Kitchen — bread still warm, staff who know your usual, and trays for the school, the club and the family do.
